Having issues with my hip, looking for recommendations for a doctor to see. Thank You!

Dr Mark Mills at Panorama.

I've had three hip surgeries. One had to be repeated as a DePuy colbalt/chromium prosthesis was inserted and I suffered severe poisoning from it being used. Dr. Mark Tuttle, Orthopaedic Surgeon from Health One is a fellowship trained board certified surgeon. He specializes in hip, knee and joint replacements.

I've had every joint below my waist replaced by various surgeons over the years and I unequivocally and highly recommend Dr. Tuttle. Unlike most ortho surgeons he listens and cares about his patients, and is deeply invested in them.

Dr. Mills was great, but he retired last year. Try Dr. Peter Lammens at Panorama.

Currently seeing Dr. Ellman at Panorama for a hip labral tear. His PA is Barbara. Both are excellent. Barb is easier to get an appt with than Ellman who is usually booked 6-8 weeks out. They do not do replacements. I will be referred to another physician when the time comes for that repair.

Peter Lammens hands down. He's also the on-call emergency ortho surgeon for St. Anthony's. He's replace my hip, my knee and Rova's hip. All extremely successful.

I have met several doctors in the area, and none of them are especially hip. Most of them are kind of dull.

Panorama uses St Anthony's and I have to say that I have never experienced better care. I switched surgeons because my first surgeon was with Swedish and I had the worst experience of my life (and I've had a few surgeries) while recovering from shoulder repair surgery.
