Sounds like the root cellar effect to me . . . keep something in a cool area and out of the sunlight and it won't age much. I think I need to move to Alaska during the winter to see if it works for humans too . . .

I'm getting fed up with FedEx dumping sacks of dog food at the bottom of my drive.
I have to get the truck out, lift the sacks into the truck, drive back up the drive then unload the sacks. We got a shipment yesterday - only one day later than expected. We talked to the delivery gal, who said that things are beginning to get back to normal for them.
